Hi, I'm Meredith.

I built this practice for the woman who has always known she was more than one thing. That she can, and should, change, grow and evolve. That the status quo should be challenged and we should live fully in our everyday lives.

I am a Certified Life and Business Coach with a degree in Psychology, actively pursuing my Masters in Positive Psychology with a coaching track — because I believe the most powerful coaching is grounded in real methodology, not just lived experience.

My work sits at the intersection of thought architecture and strategic positioning. This is not passive work. It is intentional, crafted work, built around you — every facet of you.
