Well hey there,
Certified Life & Business Coach

My Story
There was a point where everything in my life looked right—and still felt completely wrong. It wasn't sudden. It built over time. But one weekend, it stopped feeling optional. I couldn't keep doing it the way I had been.
From the outside, it looked like life was just happening. The job dissolved. Friendships felt off. Motherhood felt heavier than I knew how to say out loud. I told myself this was normal. That this is what life looks like when you're doing it "right."
But underneath that, something wasn't sitting right.
I wanted something different. More freedom, more clarity, something that actually felt like mine—but I couldn't fully see what that looked like yet. And the question that kept coming back was simple: Why isn't this enough?
I understood how to build something that works. I understood strategy, growth, and execution. I knew how to make a business successful on paper. But that didn't make it aligned. And I wasn't willing to keep building something just because it worked. So I let that go too. Within weeks, we packed up our life and moved cross-country. Not because I had a perfect plan, but because I knew I couldn't stay where I was. What I thought would follow was clarity. What actually came was a long in-between. A few years of figuring it out. Pulling back. Sitting in uncertainty longer than I expected. Telling myself I was "resting" when, at times, I was avoiding making real decisions. And then, slowly, things started to become clear.

Now
I understand how to build and grow a business. I understand what it takes to make something successful. But I also understand how easy it is to build something that looks right and still feels completely off.
That's where most women I work with find themselves. They've created something that works. But they're at a point where more strategy isn't the answer.
I help them step out of the noise and the internal back-and-forth, get clear on what they actually want, and build their business in a way that supports that.
Because the alternative is staying stuck. Or burning everything down without direction. Or continuing to grow something that doesn't actually feel like yours.
I don't believe you have to choose between success and a life you enjoy. I believe you can have both. But it requires being honest about what you actually want—and being willing to build differently
You don't need another strategy. You need someone who understands both sides — the building and the becoming — and can help you bring them together.
